First 1 is vege. Second 1 is meat. Not fatty meat o~ i dont feel oily or unhealthy after eating it.

Dumplings (饭团) . handmade... super big. half already fill up my whole stomach le. haha~ not bad. Just too big. I cant even bite it properly.

Taipei Day 4 MOS Burger & Taipei 101

We spent our whole afternoon in XiMenTing after we found our way out the trap. Dinner is also a pathetic stories. For several days (ok... 4 days), we tried to find this particular shop, MOS Burger (shortform of Mountain, Ocean and Sky) either people dont know them or the shop is still in progress to open. sigh~

So we tried this 1 in Taipei city... ask several persons, doubting that the info we get online is wrong.. cause we cant c any signboard that said MOS. Finally a guy show us the way to one of the branch....

Direction to this branch: Taipei station (台北站), go out at exit 8 n walk straight pass Macdonald. The shop is a corner shop. Quite small and not eye catching. =D

The long long menu~ Zzzz... didnt have a nice look at it cause i m super hungry!!!

We just order 2 set meal for 4. The set : Wedges (^^), nuggets(^^), onion rings, Burger and a rice burger(^^).

Love the wedges and the nuggets~ =)

This is the speciality of the shop,
The white stuffs is rice, in the middle is pork i think~ quite special. Swen recommended unagi 1~ she ate it in singapore branch and she said got quite much unagi~ haha~

Take 245 bus just down the street outside the Tai Da Hospital(台大医院) to Taipei 101 after dinner~

If its before 2100, you can tried an easier way to 101. Take the Ban Nan Line (blue) (板南) to the City Hall station (市政府), exit at exit 2 and you can reach there by shuttle bus to Taipei 101. But the bus only operate from 1100 to 2100.

Taipei 101... sadly they didnt on the light that day. yer....

This is the national opera house(国家歌剧厅). A lot of students are practising dance around it... (yea.. around not inside it).

The Music Hall(国家音乐厅). Its damn hot that time. Standing in the sun make you feel like you are barbequened. I dont know how the students can still run and jump under the sun.
自由广场.  A lot of penguins there~ Becareful of your head. The pegions will boom you anytime. =D

C.K.S Memorial Hall~ We didnt even want to go  near it. C... the stairs that need to be climb under the hot sun. Although it is in the same park but actually its quite far far far away. Deng~ but i saw a big statue inside. Is that Mr. Sun's statue? =)

Taipei Day 3 XiMenTing 西门町 & ShiDa Nightmarket 师大夜市

Our shopping journey started here!!! XiMenTing (西门町). A shopping paradise with a lot of clothes, shoes and accessories that cannot be found in Malaysia. Oh~ How i love here~ N the price is reasonable.
It is a lepak place for the younger generation and it is crowded most of the time. A lot of leng zai and leng lui for you to stalk here too. *smile smile*

Direction: Ban Nan line (板南)(blue)  sit till XiMen station (西门) and exit at exit 6.

Of course there are also some MUST EAT here.

1. Chen Du Starfruit Ice (成都杨桃冰)

Melissa and me fall in love with this shop but on different things. Melissa prefer the drink (杨桃汤). I prefer the ice (杨桃冰). Its just around the exit 6. The drink has less ice and the ice have more ice~ colder.

Starfruit ice(杨桃冰) I think girls will love this more cause the water is sour but the starfruit is sweet. sweet plus sour. Isnt that the feelings of in love? ♥♥♥ Highly recommended~

2. Grilled Mochi (碳烧麻薯)
Somewhere in a small street of XiMenDing~  its origin from Japan.

Must try!! It doesnt look attractive right? but you will fall in love with it on the first bite. Unexplainable delicious. Not very sweet and must serve hot. Its just yummy!! i like the milk 1~

3. Cola biscuits (I direct translate...  no coke in it XD) (可乐饼)
Its at the same row as the grilled mochi. Behind WanGuo Supermarket (万国百货正后方)。 A lot of flavor to choose and we choose the recommended 1:

Spices pork cola biscuits~ I like the spices and the mayonis~ it bring out that fragrance of the pork. Serve hot too~

4. LaoTian Lu (老天禄)
I think if you like to eat lobak, then you will love this. A lot of tourists came to this shop to dabao back the food here. But the famous products here is....

Deng deng deng!!! Duck's tongue. Actually there is barely any meat to chew on but the sauce is damp nice. A bit spicy though. Must try!!! Its not yuckie~ its delicious wei...

One of the famous food here that we miss (cause while finding it we end up shopping... hahahaha *paiseh*). Ahzong meesua(阿宗面线). Mayb you can try this out for us. =)

Taiwan is also famous for its pet restaurant. Erm... In the restaurant, dogs, cats or birds will accompany you throughout your meal... a bit scary for a non animal lover like me.
We tried out 1 in Xi Men Ding.
The hot seller here. Rice cooked in stone... Texture like porridge. M my tongue playing tricks on me? It barely have any taste. i think Malaysia food had spoil my tongue *hmph* (but i still love you ). heh~

Btw.... there is a
BIG DOG roaming around freely in the shop!!! EEEEEE~ i scare but swen, animal lover has the urge to go pat him, hug him n take photos of him. haha~ Luckily i m not studying to b a veterinarian. It is a nice experience~ next time lets go into a cats 1~ =D

ShiDa night market(师大夜市). The crowd est night market we had ever been. basically you don't need to walk cause the people from the back will push you forward... =.=

Direction: Take the Xin Dian line (新店)(green) to Taipower Building Station (台电大楼). take exit 3 and walk towards the ShiDa Uni around 5~ 10 mins.

It is so crowded that the only thing we manage to eat is
Lantern Hot Stew (灯笼卤味). The quene is super super super super long~~~
First you need to select your ingredients then you line up, hand the tray to the cook n they will cook for you n..
TAADAA~ this big plate of dish came out. all handpick urself. Quite nice. But i recommend not to be greedy and just pick 1 of every ingredients cause it will turn out A LOT!!! haha~ we cant finish it. =P

Others recommended food that we didnt try are:
1. Hsu's Pan fried dumplings
2. Arnor Crepe 可丽饼
3. 盐酥鸡
4. 许记生煎包
Our tribute!! mostly from ximen ding. =)

Warm Reminder: Try to get a map of the night market so you wont get lost in there. haha~
